Summercraft were 5* and definitely one of the best. The boat was spotlessly clean when we picked it up, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were unlucky enough to have a small breakdown, just one of those things that could not have been foreseen, but Summercrafts fleet engineer is so efficient, polite and helpful, he was with us in minutes and quickly had the problem sorted, a very professional guy. In my opinion it's not how boatyards perform when everything run smoothly, it how well they deal with things if on that chance occasion they donít! Summercraft offer an excellent back up service and I would definitely recommend them and I have been hiring boats for over 35 years - I would also book with them again. Many thanks for a wonderful holiday.
